Started working at best sushi restaurants in Bucharest and since then, he transformed every place and dish he touched in the best one you have ever tried, from neo-french cuisine to fine dining and Italian food all being levelled up by his personal touch.
Razvan Buruiana
With a background in design and fashion, being creative is his second language so when he began his journey in the culinary world at Mà, he found a way of doing things in his way with a calm attitude and great attention to details. Wait till you try one of his desserts - just one of the types of art emerged from his hands, after endless days and nights of work.
Accademia Pizzaioli
When we decided we wanted to pursue the path of Italian cuisine, it was obvious pizza had to be part of the journey We had to learn the basics from some of the best in this industry so we got our Accademia Pizzaioli Diploma, learning everything there is to know about flours, yeast, fermentation processes, ins and outs of dough making.
2017 - 2019 / Mà
→ neo-french bistro
→ opened with Toni as head chef
→ soon after opening, Toni recruited Razvan, long time childhood friend, to join the team and start his career in the culinary arts
→ featured in the Gault and Millau Romania guide
→ awarded two years in a row best urban restaurant
→ awarded the good life dining distinction by Forbes life
→ quickly became a complimentary duo and pushed themselves to create dishes that challenged both their creative and technical abilities
2017 - 2020 / WeDine
→ WeDine concept – dining club, ephemeral restaurant, once a month, 4 course tasting menu, unique locations
→ had our first event on Christmas 2018
→ became the resident team for private events, big brands employing our skills to create, imagine and reimagine dishes that resonated with their identity
2019 - 2021 / Centocittà
→ opened a “little corner of Italy”, a restaurant with food heavily influenced by the renowned region of Puglia
→ months of testing and perfecting recipes both true to their Italian roots but also true to our culinary background
→ this is where we perfected the craft for our signature pizza dough

Our pizza designers spent a great amount of time testing, optimising and perfecting the recipes so that you can enjoy the best combination of textures and flavours. Our pizza is also delivered with a strict set of rules.
